Men's Ministries
Trabajando juntos para Dios”= “Working together for God” was the battle cry during an awesome day of service and fellowship held on May 19th at La Casa de Mi Padre in Holland. Every Man, Fellowship’s ministry to men, put together a work project designed to remodel and repair the Montello Park building that has become the home of our daughter church. Dozens of men (and women) led by project coordinators Steve Palmbos, Cal Karsten, and Joe Wyn descended on the Montello Park building like a swarm of bees. Work began at 8:00am and by the time the swarm of workers gathered their tools to leave, rooms were painted, a translation booth was built, new electrical outlets were added, railings were repaired, landscape mulch was spread, the playground equipment was made safe, and along with numerous other projects, the white trim on the entire outside of the building had been scraped and repainted.
But the best part was that men and women from different congregations and several different cultures had worked together shoulder to shoulder in a joint effort to help La Casa spread the Love of God in their area of Holland. God used hammers and paint brushes to spread the gospel and to bond together members of His universal family. Muchas Gracias to all who were a part of El Grandioso Proyecto.
